Diane Masciale, President

Diane Masciale, President of Diane Masciale Productions, brings more than 20 years of network television and multi-media production experience to every client and every project. Diane has served as a senior level executive and producer for ABC’s “Good Morning America” and “20/20”, NBC’s “Today Show” and “Dateline NBC”, CNN, FOX, PBS and AOL. Her extensive production background includes work in network and cable television, online and social media, entertainment, news, long form news magazines, program development and event production.

Diane is a consummate professional who has worked closely with the top names in broadcast television including Katie Couric, Matt Lauer, Diane Sawyer, Robin Roberts, Sam Champion, Al Roker, Ann Curry, Jane Pauley. In addition, she has worked with scores of celebrities, entertainers, newsmakers and everyday people from all walks of life.

As executive producer and senior producer for ABC, NBC and CNN, Diane has traveled the world from Afghanistan to Saudi Arabia from Mexico City to Tokyo covering major news events from elections to wars, to presidential campaigns to the Oscars and many other high profile stories.

A three-time National Emmy Award winner, Diane has achieved the highest recognition throughout her media career. He other awards include the prestigious Edward R. Murrow, American Women in Radio & TV, Gracie, Clarion, National Headliner, Sigma Delta Chi, Cine Gold Eagle, National Press Club, National Association of Consumer Advocates and Halo Award for Best Cause Marketing. She is on the roster of Outstanding Young Women in America.

Diane has the rare distinction of being one of only two NBC News staffers to complete GE’s rigorous Six Sigma Certification leadership program, giving her an distinctive edge when it comes to creating product, getting it on air or on the web, on deadline and on budget. Few in the media business approach a client’s needs with an eye for efficiency, economy of scale along with creativity and the highest quality production skills as a result.

Jim Paymar, Senior Vice President

Jim Paymar

Jim Paymar is a 25 year veteran of the broadcast and communications business. He has served in a variety of executive and broadcast capacities at Fortune 500 companies giving him an insider understanding of executives as well as the keen insights of a working journalist.

As a media specialist, Jim has trained corporate clients in media and presentation skills at The Wall Street Journal, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, Bank of America, Royal Bank of Scotland, Citigroup, Standard & Poor’s, Barclays Global Investors, Wells Fargo Bank and ING. In addition, he has served as SVP of Corporate Communications for PepsiCo and EVP and Director of Communications for ICIC in Boston responsible for both external and internal communications. Jim also managed a television station as General Manager of KCNS in San Francisco.

Jim has an extensive on air television and radio background working as Financial Correspondent and Anchor for CNBC where he interviewed more than 100 leading CEOs. He also has worked as Chief Financial Anchor for Business Week, broadcasting financial news for the ABC News Radio Network. In addition, Jim was a lead correspondent on the FOX program “The Reporters” and on King World’s “American Journal” and anchored the news for major market stations in New York, San Francisco and Seattle.

An award winning journalist, Jim has won four EMMY’s, a National Headliner, a Gabriel and two UPI awards.

Jim is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and attended the Wharton School’s Business Journalist Seminar Series.

Pat Etheridge, Media Specialist

Pat Etheridge

Pat Etheridge is a media specialist and an award-winning journalist with a focus on children, parenting and family concerns. She is a Packard Future of Children Fellow, completing a program on child and family policy at the University of Maryland. She also served as an advisor for the Johnson & Johnson Pediatric Institute and attended the White House Summit on Early Childhood Cognitive Development.

As a media specialist, Pat has served as an SVP with Ketchum, a worldwide public relations firm. She launched a creative media firm, Etheridge & Company, which has earned national and international awards for producing documentaries, public service announcements and video news releases. Her awards include a Telly, CINE Golden Eagle and top honors at the World Media Festival in Hamburg, Germany.

Pat also is a veteran journalist who has worked as a correspondent and producer at CNN. As CNN’s parenting correspondent, she was the network’s specialist on child development, education and pediatrics. She led an award-winning team of writers, editors and producers for “The Week In Review” and “Women Today” and launched “Parenting Today”, the first network television show devoted to coverage of raising and educating children.

Pat is a graduate of the prestigious Journalism School at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

Lisa Rudolph, Media Specialist

Lisa Rudolph

Lisa Rudolph is an award-winning journalist who has worked for more than 30 years as a media consultant, corporate video producer, voiceover artist and network and local television correspondent.

Lisa’s corporate clients include Google Creative Lab, New York 1 News, Johnson & Johnson, Barnard College, Pace University, PBS, Library of Congress, and Stream 57. Projects include developing, producing, writing and editing corporate marketing videos, video sales presentations and web videos as well as voice and on-camera coaching.

As SVP of Corporate Communications for the audio marketing company Impressions on Hold International, Lisa created a video division, served as EP of all production including corporate videos and digital signage and served as Creative Director for corporate and web video design. She also handled business development for the company.

Lisa’s career as a network television news and magazine show correspondent includes work for PBS’s “Wall Street Journal Editorial Report” and eight years with “Dateline NBC.” Before that, she was an anchor and reporter for WCBS-TV in New York.While at WCBS, she created her own award-winning segment, “In 2 Focus”, covering issues from child abuse to education to healthcare. Lisa also worked as a reporter/anchor for KSAT-TV in San Antonio, Texas and WORK-TV in Rochester, New York. She began her television career as a producer/writer for the nationally syndicated children’s news broadcast, “Assignment on the World,” at WXXI-TV in Rochester.

Lisa has been honored with three Emmy Awards as well as a Gracie Allen Award, a Gabriel Award and New York Press Club Award.

Lisa graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B.A. from Wellesley College and has a Master’s degree in International Relations from Columbia University.

Diana Jenkins, Editor

Diana JenkinsDiana Jenkins is an award-winning editor with a superb editorial eye and extensive background in network television, documentary, reality, entertainment, promotional and web program editing.

Diana has worked for NBC, MSNBC, Court TV, Lifetime, HGTV, Fox Network and Warner Brothers, “Dateline NBC”, “Extra”, “Biography” and “Road Rules”.

Diana is a master at crafting picture and sound to tell a compelling story and has been recognized with several Los Angeles Region Emmy awards, a New York Film Festival Award, a Genesis Award and has been nominated for several National Emmy Awards as an editor for “Dateline NBC”.

Passionate about her craft, Diana has taught Communications at Hollins University in Virginia where she worked with students to instill in them the art of storytelling.

Diana is a highly proficient editor trained on Final Cut Pro, Avid, Symphony Nitris, Media Composer and Express editing systems.
